Entrepreneurship

The Mogorosi Foundation’s entrepreneurship programme is tailored to develop business skills for aspiring entrepreneurs in the community of Alexandra. Under this programme, local and emerging entrepreneurs with potential for development are identified and included in a programme with strategic developmental objectives.

Young people must be the centre of the entrepreneurship and seek to develop capacity to empower their families and those around their communities in many positive ways.

The Foundation is very intentional about supporting our community to grow its economy, formalise local businesses to ensure we contribute in assisting South Africa to deal with the issues of youth unemployment.

Youth Focused community development centre

The centre focuses on developing and nurturing young people in the community of Alexandra township. The centre is equipped with various equipment (i.e. computers, books etc.) to enable access to information and research and resources with ease to ensure social advancement.

The Youth centre will also provide working space for the small and emerging entrepreneurs who may require such space to conduct their day-to-day business.
